These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and WEBMIND TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of FightFlow.app — including the FightFlow mobile application (the "App") and the marketing website available at https://fightflow.app (the "Site"). The App provides voice-led solo combat training cues for boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, with configurable timing, difficulty, and other training options.
We are registered in the United Kingdom with our registered office at HOVA HOUSE 1 HOVA VILLAS, BRIGHTON & HOVE, ENGLAND BN3 3DH. Company Number: 16668049.
By accessing or using the App or Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE APP OR THE SITE.
Supplemental terms, policies, and disclosures that may be presented in the App or on the Site from time to time are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review the Terms periodically.
The App and Site are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
Unless otherwise indicated, the App, the Site, and all content therein (including software, UI, text, graphics, logos, and training content) are owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control and to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.

FightFlow offers a free tier and an optional FightFlow Unlimited upgrade. The free tier provides 10 active voice-led training minutes per day across the full Training Center toolbox plus the FightFlow Starter camp and up to 5 saved Reels. Unlimited removes the daily training-time limit and Reels cap, and unlocks every core and specialty Fight Camp, monthly report cards, and camp progress archives.
Unlimited is offered in three pricing tiers. All three grant the same Unlimited entitlement:
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Local prices may differ slightly with currency conversion and store-specific tier matrices, and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase by the App Store or Google Play.
Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google under their respective policies. We do not process refunds outside those channels.
EU consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law. For digital content delivered immediately, those rights may not apply once the service has begun, in line with EU consumer protection law.
We may change Unlimited pricing in the future. For active auto-renewing subscriptions, you will receive notice through the App Store or Google Play before any price increase takes effect, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Lifetime purchases already made are not affected by future price changes.
You can restore prior purchases (including lifetime) by signing into the same App Store or Google Play account and using the "Restore purchases" option in the App's Settings → Subscription. Unlimited entitlement follows your store account, not a FightFlow account.
FightFlow is usable without an Unlimited subscription. Users who installed FightFlow before Unlimited launched keep all locally saved content (combos, routines, scenarios, plans) regardless of subscription state.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://fightflow.app/privacy. By using the App or Site, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For EU/UK users: we comply with applicable data protection laws. FightFlow minimizes data collection and stores information locally on your device.
The App uses operating system services (such as TTS engines) and may reference third-party content. We are not responsible for their availability or compliance. Use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Safety, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.
The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including death or injury caused by negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of £50 or the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers retain rights to bring claims in their local courts as required by EU law.
