Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and WEBMIND TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of FightFlow.app — including the FightFlow mobile application (the "App") and the marketing website available at https://fightflow.app (the "Site"). The App provides voice-led solo combat training cues for boxing and Muay Thai, with configurable timing, difficulty, and other training options.

We are registered in the United Kingdom with our registered office at HOVA HOUSE 1 HOVA VILLAS, BRIGHTON & HOVE, ENGLAND BN3 3DH. Company Number: 16668049.

By accessing or using the App or Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE APP OR THE SITE.

Supplemental terms, policies, and disclosures that may be presented in the App or on the Site from time to time are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review the Terms periodically.

The App and Site are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

Scope & Key App Characteristics

• Training Use Only. FightFlow delivers randomized voice cues and training modes to assist solo practice. It is not a coaching service and does not assess your technique or health status.
• Local-Only Data by Design. Training history, streaks, and configuration are stored locally on your device (e.g., AsyncStorage). There is no user account and no cloud sync. You can reset all local data in Settings.
• No Analytics on the Site. The marketing website is hosted on Netlify for informational purposes only. We do not run analytics on the Site.
• Device Features. The App uses your device's text-to-speech (TTS) system to announce cues and may use haptic feedback (vibration). Microphone and camera access are not required.
• Availability. Features may vary by device and OS. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the App, the Site, and all content therein (including software, UI, text, graphics, logos, and training content) are owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control and to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.

User Representations

By using the App or Site, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and if you are under 18, you are using the App with parental or guardian supervision and consent;
• you will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms;
• you will use the App for personal training only and not for providing paid coaching or classes to others;
• any information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Prohibited Activities

As a user, you agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the App's source code, except as permitted by law;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or lease any part of the App or Site;
• interfere with security-related features, abuse support channels, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or those of our providers;
• use the App in any hazardous environment or in a way that endangers you or others (for example, while driving or in unsafe spaces);
• use the App or Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

Fitness & Safety Notice

• No Medical Advice. The App provides training cues only. It does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or professional coaching advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions.
• Assumption of Risk. Combat sports and conditioning carry inherent risks. By using the App, you accept all risks associated with physical activity and agree to train safely and responsibly.
• Environment & Equipment. Ensure adequate space, proper footwear, and safe surroundings. The App does not evaluate your technique or environment.

Device Permissions & Technical Requirements

• Text-to-Speech (TTS): The App relies on system TTS to announce moves and timers. Availability, voice quality, and language options depend on your device and OS.
• Haptics: The App may use vibration feedback. You can disable vibration in your system settings.
• Local Storage: Training history, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device. You can reset all data in Settings.
• No Accounts or Cloud Sync: FightFlow does not require an account and does not store or process data on remote servers.

Pricing & Future Changes

The App is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future. If we introduce pricing, we will provide clear notice before any charges apply, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Modifications & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://fightflow.app/privacy. By using the App or Site, you agree to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For EU/UK users: we comply with applicable data protection laws. FightFlow minimizes data collection and stores information locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

The App uses operating system services (such as TTS engines) and may reference third-party content. We are not responsible for their availability or compliance. Use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Safety, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that defects will be corrected.

• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
• We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage arising from use of the App or Site.
• We are not liable for interruptions, unauthorized access, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law, including death or injury caused by negligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of £50 or the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers retain rights to bring claims in their local courts as required by EU law.
